VOGT TRAINING works with four stages. In your training process those four stages build the central theme. 

Stage 1: Assessment of the current situation

In a face to face meeting an assessment of the current situation is done. Bevor the coaching starts it is important to know the needs, resources a your personal goals. 

Stage 2: Planning meeting and outline concept

We develop an outline concept and present it to you in a second meeting. Important persons, e.g. your physiotherapist, your technique or mental coach can participate in this meeting as well. To reach the desired progress we always want to assess and include your whole environment. This meeting is not with costs. Based on the mentioned facts we draw up an offer. 

Stage 3: Detailed concept with budget

Together we have a look at the detailed concept with budget. We present you the concrete procedure with milestones and content of exercises. 

The payment for the detailed concept with content of exercises and defined processes is due after submission. 

Stage 4: Implementation

Now you are going to train! Be prepared for demanding and achievement-oriented trainings, which we face with passion and motivation. VOGT TRAINING always keeps an eye on your training process and the achievement of your defined milestones.
