You are training with the same methods and techniques than elite athletes, but the volume and intensity of your training are going to be tailored and adjusted according your goals.

Our training is diversified! An efficient strength training contains exercises with your bodyweight and simple additional equipment. We offer a combined strength training, which approached all the important muscle loops. Furthermore we attach great importance on stability and flexibility during your training.

Efficient and healthy strength training demands a good technique, which supports your physical skills. We will teach you the correct handling with light barbells and kettlebells and support you while you practice. 

As soon as we have created a basis, you are ready to start with hypertrophy training, different types of strengths, speed training, flexibility training and polarized endurance training. These training contents are implemented in circuit training and individual exercises. You are going to feel the progress after your first few training sessions. 

VOGT TRAINING consults their clients with a systematic approach. The training begins with an assessment of your current fitness level. Afterwards we define a goal and certain milestones. 

You can profit of different options. We can coach you one on one or in a small group of like-minded people. It’s your choice!
