Our Style
VOGT TRAINING works in small groups or one to one. The structured approach is comprehensible and straight forward. Functional movements, which you can use in your daily routine but also in your sport are the core of our training style. Back and core training, exercises with your bodyweight, handling of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells are the basis of our training program. In addition we program circuit or interval training, speed and cardiovascular training.
Cardiovascular training is also mental training
Every training stresses the body and also the mind. Every external weight is moved with muscle strength and your own will. It is essential for us to show you the potential of mental training and a supportive breathing technique during your physical training. We can teach you tools, which are also applied by elite athletes to motivate for training sessions or to overcome physical or mental limits.
